From 11 to 5: Navy Pier Competition Shorter Shortlist announced

Back in late October we announced that the Chicago Navy Pier competition shortlist had been shortened from 52 to 11 and now the list is even shorter with it now down to 5 firms to enter the next stage of the competition to produce a design for review and announcement of a winner.
